Nach erfolgreicher Osseointegration und Freilegung der Implantatoberfläche wird das Easy-Handling-Abutment durch die Verschraubung im Munde mit der zum
jeweiligen Implantatsystem passenden Okklusalschraube (mit dem vorgesehenen Drehmoment) initial fixiert. Gegebenenfalls schließt sich eine Röntgenkontrolle zur
Verifizierung der spaltfreien Position auf der Implantatoberfläche an.

Once osseointegration has been completed and the implant surface uncovered, the Easy-Handling-Abutment is initially fixed by screwing it in place in the mouth
using the occlusal screw (with the required torque). If required, radiological imaging can be used to verify that the abutment is correctly positioned gapfree on the
surface of the implant.

Durch Beschleifen lässt sich der Stumpf reduzieren und besonders im Durchtrittsprofil entsprechend „ästhetisch“ konturieren. Eingeschliffene Längsrillen lassen eine
leichteres Reponieren in die anschließende Abformung zu. Dann wird der so bearbeitete Stumpf ausgeschraubt, mit dem entsprechenden Modellanalog verbunden und
reponiert. Es folgt die übliche laborseitige Modellherstellung. Erforderliche Nachkonturierungen sind sehr leicht durchzuführen.

The abutment can be ground to fit and, in particular, aesthetically shaped to produce the desired emergence profile. Ground-in longitudinal grooves facilitate
repositioning in the subsequent impression. The abutment is then unscrewed, attached to the corresponding model analogue and repositioned. The cast is then made
using normal laboratory procedures. Any required reshaping is easily done.

Die gusstechnische Umsetzung entspricht der von gewachsten Objekten. Modifikationen, wie ein Beschleifen im Laborbereich sind möglich und verkürzen die reine
Behandlungszeit. Nach dem Dentalguss mit anschließendem Aufpassen kann die Sekundärkonstruktion (z.B. eine vollverblendete VMK o.ä.) direkt hergestellt werden.
Beide „Teile“ sind direkt in der abschließenden Sitzung einzugliedern, d.h. die Innenkonstruktion wird wie gewohnt verschraubt, röntgenologisch kontrolliert und
abschließend wird die Suprakonstruktion entsprechend zementiert.

The casting process is the same as for wax models. Modifications, such as shaping in the laboratory are possible and will reduce chair time. Once the casting and
fitting have been completed, the secondary construction (e.g. a full-veneer metal based ceramic crown) can be directly manufactured. Both parts can be brought
together in the final session, in other words the inner construction is screwed in place as normal, verified with radiological imaging, after which the superstructure is
cemented in place.
