Als erstes wird mit dem Pilotbohrer eine Bohrung mit
mäßigem Druck und
unter Wasserkühlung parallel zur
Wurzellängsachse und bis zum Ende der
Pilotbohrer
schneide durchgeführt.

drill a pilot hole

the pilot drill blade.
Den passenden Extraktionsanker mit aufgesetzter Ratsche langsam bis
zum möglichst
vollständigen Verschwinden des Gewindes in der
Pilotbohrung versenken. Danach wird
die Ratsche abgenommen.Ein
festsitzender mehrwurzeliger Zahn sollte vor der
Extraktion mit ApEx-
Control besser geteilt werden.
Slowly insert a suitable extraction anchor with the ratchet attached until
the thread
disappears into the pilot borehole as completely as possible.
Afterwards, remove
the ratchet.A deep-seated multi-rooted tooth should
be divided before extraction
with ApEx-Control.
Der Wurzelrest wird mit einer handelsüblichen Wurzelrest- oder Wurzelfasszange vorsichtig luxiert.Sollte das Gewinde des
Extraktionsankers ausreißen, dann den nächst
größeren Extraktionsanker verwenden. Unter Umständen nicht nochmals größer
vorbohren.Sollte die Wurzel sich der Länge nach spalten, so können die Frakturstücke im
Anschluss leicht entfernt werden.
The remaining root is carefully luxated with the type of pliers that are customarily used to loosen and take hold of retained roots. If
the thread of the extraction anchor
were to pull out, use an extraction anchor that is one size larger. If possible do not enlarge the
pilot borehole any further.If the root split lengthwise, it is easy to remove
any fragments subsequently.
