sichert der Antrieb die Tiefe der Bohrung.

Danach wird je nach Durchmesser des geplanten Implantats und der Qualität des
Kieferknochens der entsprechende Führungsbohrer eingesetzt. Die speziell dafür
konstruierte Führungsspitze dieses Bohrers folgt der Pilotbohrung und erweitert diese auf
den geplanten Durchmesser. Die stumpfe Spitze begrenzt automatisch die Tiefe der
Bohrung.
Afterwards, depending on the diameter of the planned implant and the quality of the jaw

designed for this purpose, follows the pilot bore, which it widens until the planned diameter
has been reached. The blunt tip automatically limits the depth of the cavity.
Im nächsten Schritt erweitert der Tiefenbohrer die Bohrung auf
die geplante Tiefe und Weite (diese spezielle Konstruktion des
Tiefenbohrers begrenzt auch hier automatisch die Tiefe der
Bohrung). Um eine zusätzliche Sicherheit zu erlangen wurden
Tiefenmarkierungen im Abstand von 2 mm angebracht.

Beim Einsatz konischer Implantate muss nur noch mit dem entsprechenden Bohrer Ihres Implantatsystems die Finalbohrung erfolgen.
