Horizontal-Control ist ein Axial Angle Adjustment System, das mit sei­­­nen bewährten Spezial­ins­tru­men­ten erst­­mals die einfache und minimalinvasive Kamm­­verbreiterung speziell des Un­ter­kie­fer­kno­­chens ermöglicht. Dies gelingt durch eine Winkel­mo­­dulation der durch das vor­han­­­dene Kno­chen­an­ge­bot vorgegebenen Im­­­plan­ta­tions­­achse mittels Auf­richtung und Ver­schie­bung der kortikalen Platte bei gleichzeitiger Kon­den­sa­ti­on des Kno­chen­­­ge­we­bes. Hierzu werden die Spreader aus dem Bone Management® System Split-Control benötigt.

This is achieved due to the angle modulation of the implant axis given by the actual bone supply by erecting and displacing of the cortical plate, and at the same time condensing the bone structure. In this way, the mandible can be optimally prepared for the use of all current implant systems. For this the Spreader of the Bone Management® System Split-Control are required.
