Horizontal-Control Plus ist ein Axial Angle Adjustment System, das mit seinen völlig neuartigen Spezialinstrumenten erstmals die einfache und minimalinvasive Kammverbreiterung speziell des Unterkieferknochens ermöglicht. Dies gelingt durch eine Winkelmodulation der durch das vorhandene Knochenangebot vorgegebenen Implantationsachse mittels Aufrichtung und Verschiebung der kortikalen Platte bei gleichzeitiger Kondensation des Knochengewebes.

This is achieved due to the angle modulation of the implant axis given by the actual bone supply by erecting and displacing of the cortical plate, and at the same time condensing the bone structure.
