Vorbohrung zur Orientierung und Kontrolle der Achsneigung

Mit dem Erweiterer I wird dann eine unterdimensionierte Knochenkavität
angelegt. Sie weist eine Volumendifferenz zum Hilfsimplantat von 25 %
auf. Nur bei Knochendichten der Klasse D1 kommt der Erweiterer II zum
Einsatz. Er ermöglicht eine unterdimensionierte Kavität mit nur 5 %
Differenz zum Hilfsimplantat.
In the next step, the conical expansion bur I creates a subdimensional
cavity which has a volume difference of 25 % less in relation to the
auxiliary implant. The expansion bur II is only used with bone density D1
and achieves a subdimensional cavity with only a 5 % difference to the
auxiliary implant.
Der zum Hilfsimplantat kongruente Spreader verdichtet
anschließend den Knochen und bereitet ihn gezielt auf das
Hilfsimplantat vor. Der Spreader wird schonend mit Hilfe des
Carriers CA0KG und dem Hakenschlüssel eingedreht.
The implementation of the spreader leads to bone condensing and
thus prepares the cavity perfectly for subsequent insertion of the
auxiliary implant. The spreader may be be screwed in cautiously
with help of the carrier CA0KG and, if necessary, the “driver”.
Im nächsten Schritt wird das Hilfsimplantat mit Hilfe des Carriers
CA0HI und dem Hakenschlüssel schonend und gefühlvoll eingedreht
(Eindrehtiefe beachten). Zwei (oder mehr) Hilfsimplantate dienen einem
festsitzenden Provisorium als Stütze. Die (Permanent-) Implantate sind
so während der Einheilung entlastet.
The auxiliary implant is then inserted gently with help of the carrier
CA0HI and the “driver” (pay attention to depth of insertion). Two (or
more) auxiliary implants serve as a basis for a temporary prosthetic
treatment. The (permanent) dental implants are thus enhanced in their
osseointegration.
Auf Grund ihrer geringen Dimensionen können die Hilfsimplantate bei sehr schmalen Lücken (fehlende untere Schneidezähne) auch zur definitiven Versorgung dienen.
In cases of restricted space such as absence of a lower incisor, the auxiliary implants, due to their tiny dimensions, may also serve as permanent implants.
