Crest-Control Professional ist ein Horizontal Bone Spreading System, das die vorbestimmbare und minimalinvasive horizontale Ver­brei­te­rung des Kieferkamms insbesondere im distalen Unter­kie­fer ermöglicht. Mit dem bewährten Horizontal-Spreader kann der Kieferkamm einfach und schnell um bis zu 5 mm verbreitert werden. Anschließend kann noch während der Mineralisierungs­phase ein Implantat aller gängigen Systeme in das verbreiterte Segment eingesetzt werden, dessen Osteo­integration durch die hochpotenten körperei­ge­nen Wachs­tums­faktoren des entstandenen Kallus deutlich beschleunigt wird. In Crest-Control Professional sind noch zwei zusätzliche Horizontal-Spreader in den Breiten 3,5 mm und 8,5 mm enthalten.

Crest-Control Professional is a Horizontal Bone Spreading System which allows the predetermined and minimally invasive horizontal widening of the alveolar ridge in particular in the distal lower jaw. With the well-proven horizontal spreader the alveolar ridge can be widened simply and quickly up to 5 mm. Subsequently, an implant of all current systems can still be used during the mineralisation phase in the widened segment from which the oseointegration, due to a highly-potent body growth factor of the existing callus, is clearly accelerated. The Crest-Control Professional contains two additional horizontal spreader in widths of 3.5 mm and 8.5 mm.
