Zunächst wird anhand der Tabelle "Knochenentnahme" die entsprechende Bohrhülse für das gewünschte Knochenvolumen gewählt. Die Bohrhülse wird an der Bohrführung
befestigt. Durch diese Hülse wird der passende Bohrer geführt. Nun wird die Erntevorrichtung auf den deperiostierten Knochen gesetzt und der Erntevorgang beginnt. Durch
die spezielle Konstruktion ist die Eindringtiefe des Bohrsystems vorbestimmt. Bei passender Hülse ist eine fehlerhafte Anwendung nicht möglich. Das System besteht aus
jeweils 6 Hülsen mit 3,8 mm und 6,0 mm Innendurchmesser, jeweils einem passenden Bohrer und einem Führungsinstrument. Die Eindringtiefe des Erntesystems in den
Knochen variiert zwischen 1,0 mm und 6,0 mm.

First, a harvesting tool that suits the desired bone volume is chosen with the help of the chart "Bone extraction". The harvesting sleeve is fixed to the drill guide. The
respective drill is guided through this sleeve. Now, the harvesting device is placed on the deperiosted bone and the harvesting process starts. Due to the special design,
the penetration depth of the drilling system is pre-set. As long as the correct sleeve is chosen, faulty use is impossible. The system consists of two sets of 6 sleeves
whose respective internal diameters measure 3.8 mm and 6.0 mm, in addition to a suitable drill and guiding tool each. The bone penetration depth of the harvesting system
varies between 1.0 mm and 6.0 mm.
