Um den späteren Einheilungsprozess zu optimieren, werden Spender- und
Empfängerknochen zunächst mit kleinen punktförmigen Anbohrungen
(Blutpunkten) versehen. Dann wird der Knochenzylinder an das entsprechend
vorbereitete Knochenlager angepasst und sollte dabei flächig auf dem
Empfängerknochen aufliegen. Die Fixierung des Knochenzylinders kann mit
einer Arterienklemme erfolgen.
To optimise healing, the donor and recipient sites are prepared first with small

durchbohrt und eine Bohrung bis in die
Gegenkortikalis des
Empfängerknochens
eingebracht.

Im nächsten Schritt wird nur der Knochenzylinder mit dem
großen Spiralbohrer (1,3 mm) durchbohrt.

Mit Hilfe des Inbusschlüssels wird der Schraubendreher auf den Handgriff montiert (siehe Illustration). Dann wird die Knochenschraube in geeigneter Länge mit dem
Schraubendreher aufgenommen und durch die Bohrung im Knochenzylinder bis an den Empfängerknochen geführt und gefühlvoll angezogen, bis der Knochenzylinder
fest in dem Knochenlager fixiert ist. Nach einer Einheilungsphase von ca. 3-4 Monaten wird die Schraube wieder entfernt.
With the help of the inbus key the screw driver is mounted onto the handpiece (see illustration). Then the screw driver leads the bone screw in the suitable length
through the drilling in the bone cylinder up to the bone recipient and sensitively fixes it into the receiving bone area. After a healing process of about 3-4 months the
screw can be removed.
