Get ‘em all out Kit Root Extraction System | according to Dr. Felix Roth & Dr. Fabian Schiml The Get ‘em all out Kit consists of two surgical burs (two of each) and five hand instruments and has been specially designed for minimally invasive and predictable tooth removal in simple and complex cases. Master-Core Basic Safe harvesting of bone cylinders with Prof Istvan Urban The Master-Core Basic, developed together with Prof Istvan Urban, is used for the simple and safe harvesting of bone cylinders as part of bone augmentation. The system contains trephines with different lengths and diameters for this purpose. Due to the different lengths, the trephines have an automatic depth limiter, which ensures the protection of anatomical structures and therefore enables particularly safe and controlled bone harvesting. Soft Tissue Punch System For Biopsies or tissue grafts | developed with Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury The Soft Tissue Punch System contains mucosal punches in five different diameters (5–13 mm). The 9 mm, 11 mm and 13 mm sizes have an extended shaft in order to facilitate access to areas deeper in the oral cavity. The punches are used to obtain biopsies or soft tissue grafts, for example for immediate implant placement or in order to create access to a previously placed and healed implant.
