Controlled internal sinus lift
Crestal-Lift-Control is a system for the simple and safe performance of an internal sinus lift. The Schneiderian membrane is already lifted during the transcrestal drilling process. The particularly atraumatic design of the Crestal drill with its four cutting edges and inwardly curved head enables the safe formation of a conical bone flap and is also ideal for collecting bone chips. In addition, the stop sleeve system, which is customised to the special instruments, prevents damage to or drilling through the Schneiderian membrane. Crestal-Lift-Control contains a comprehensive set of instruments for the safe performance of the internal sinus lift.

Crestal Approach Sinus Lift System
Crestal-Lift-Control is a system for the performance of an easy and safe internal sinus lift. The elevation of the Schneiderian membrane occurs during the transcrestal drilling process. The specially atraumatic design of the Crestal Drill with its four cutting edges and concave head allows for a safe forming of a conical bone flap and is ideally suited for collecting bone chips. Additionally, the stop sleeve system, which is tailored to the special instruments, prevents the membrane from being injured or punctured. Crestal-Lift-Control provides an extensive range of instruments for the safe performance of an internal sinus lift. CAUTION: To prevent injury of any anatomical structure, the apical extra length of the CL001 of 0.58 mm must be considered.

External-Lift-Control ist ein System zur einfachen Durchführung eines externen Sinuslifts. Nach lateralem Zugang durch die faziale Kieferhöhlenwand wird die Schneidersche Membran mit den verschiedenen Handinstrumenten abpräpariert und vom Boden der Kieferhöhle nach kranial angehoben. Anschließend kann ein geeignetes Augmentat unter die Schneidersche Membran eingebracht werden. Die sandgestrahlten silber-matten Handinstrumente ermöglichen ein blendfreies Arbeiten.

Combined System for Internal and External Sinus Lift
The combined Lift-Control Plus system provides perfectly matched instruments for the performance of internal as well as external sinus floor elevation. For the internal sinus lift, the bone inside the implant site is displaced in the direction of the maxillary sinus. This procedure is suitable for the augmentation of small defects with a residual bone height of more than 5 mm. After lateral access through the facial wall of the maxillary sinus for the performance of the external sinus lift, the Schneiderian membrane is detached using the various manual instruments and lifted cranially from the floor of the sinus. After this, a suitable augmentation material can be inserted under the membrane.
