Simple lateral access for the external sinus lift
The Surgical Kit 2 contains instruments with an angled handpiece shaft for lateral access during the external sinus lift. Carbide burs in three diameters as well as diamond instruments in three grits allow for the gradual thinning of the facial sinus wall up to the Schneiderian membrane. The large diameter of the instruments protects the membrane from unintended perforation.
