The outstanding performance characteristics of the Black Cobra carbide burrs are further optimised by the special CARBOCER® (diamond-like carbon) coating. A special process is used to apply a diamond-like carbon layer to the carbide cutters. This ensures extreme hardness, low wear, extremely low friction values and corrosion resistance with consistent surface properties. This surface finish also provides protection against aggressive cleaning agents. Soiling is also easier to recognise and remove.
