The MEISINGER Easy-Clean scissors made of high-quality stainless steel can be completely disassembled and reassembled very easily. Residues under the hinge can be completely removed - for residue-free reprocessing. For disassembly, the scissors only need to be opened at a right angle and the upper part of the scissors lifted by approx. 45 degrees.
The scissors also have a black coating, which is applied using the PVD process (vacuum-based coating). Thanks to this black coating, the products are particularly hard and durable. It also reduces distracting light reflections and enables glare-free working.

Khoury trephine bone cylinder ejector (carrot technique)
The ejector instruments are used to push the bone cylinders removed with the trephines out of the working parts. They are adapted to the different diameters of the trephines and thus enable simple and safe handling. Some ejection instruments are also part of the Trephine Ejection Kit, which was developed by Prof Dr Fouad Khoury for minimally invasive bone harvesting using the carrot technique.

Khoury trephine ejector needle for bone cylinders
The ejector needle is used to remove the bone cylinders from the Khoury trephines. It is inserted into the trephine working part and the bone cylinder is ejected by applying a little pressure to the handle. The ejector needle can be used several times and is not sterile packed. Alternatively, the bone cylinders can also be removed using the special ejection instruments, which are adapted to the different diameters of the trephines.
