Trephines according to Prof Khoury for removing bone cylinders
With the two-part trephines, localised bone cylinders can be removed safely and minimally invasively. The cooling function protects the bone tissue from overheating damage, while the removable working parts make it easier to remove the milled bone cylinders. The bone cylinders can be extracted either with the ejector needle or with the appropriate ejector instruments for the respective trephine diameters.

Predrills for Khoury trephines for the safe removal of bone cylinders
The appropriate pre-punch is selected according to the planned bone cylinder diameter. The position of the bone removal point can be precisely determined and pre-cored with the guide tip in the centre of the pre-corer to prevent the trephine from slipping.
