Controlled Bone Augmentation with Screw-Shaped Spreaders and Horizontal Spreaders
Split-Control Plus is a combination of the proven Split-Control and Crest-Control systems, offering a comprehensive set of instruments for controlled alveolar ridge widening. It includes special screw-shaped condensing and spreading instruments (spreaders) as well as flat horizontal spreaders, which allow controlled and uniform expansion of horizontally resorbed bone. The screw-shaped spreaders gently condense the cancellous bone, while the horizontal spreaders enable ridge expansion of up to 5 mm. This optimally prepares the jaw for the insertion of a commonly used implant on the market.
